Now that we’re done with the Air Jordan 1 Celtic vs Bulls pack, let’s shift our attention to the new model, Jordan 60+. News and pictures of this hybrid, which bears a similar approach to the Spi’zike, have been surfacing for some time now and is causing mixed feelings amongst fans, deeming this move to be somewhat a blasphemy. Nonetheless, the non traditionalists would probably embrace the hybrid as a celebration of Jordan’s contribution to the game. Which is really, what the 60+ is about.
It’s a shoe that combines the different elements of various Jordans the starred player wore when he scored 60+ points. These elements are taken off the Jordan I, Jordan II, Jordan III, Jordan V and Jordan VII.
The first installment will drop next month with the first being a black/white/varsity red colorway followed by a Laney High School color in September.
No official word yet on whether these will drop on our sunny shores but be sure to stay tuned while we try and dig out some info. Via: freshnessmag
